1. Submit your Mineral Sales Form online or call us at (318) 219-2464. Please be sure to provide us with as much information as possible regarding your mineral interests. Without complete information, delays will be incurred.
2. We will verify all information within 48 hours. We check on ownership, areas of interest, and other factors that determine a property's worth.
3. We will evaluate your mineral interests or royalties. Discovering the worth of your minerals may take some time. Certain "hot" areas are easier to evaluate than others.
4. We will make you an offer. Once we determine a fair market price, we will contact you with an exact amount that will not change between the time of the offer and the day of closing.
5. We take care of the rest. We will set a date and time to meet you in our offices with a cashier's check or wire transfer. All documents are signed and notarized in our offices. You leave with your money!
